In 2021, Kharmony Fortune and Noga Wind acted to address the growing need of LGBTQIA+ talent in Hollywood and opened Queer Unlimited Possibilities aka QUEER UP. This management company is set to revolutionize Hollywood and redefine the roles of queer artists in pop culture and mass media. Run by queer people for queer people, we are dedicated to helping LGBTQIA+ talent maximize their professional opportunities without compromising their identities and values.

Kharmony Fortune

(they/she) — Founder/CEO, Head of Theatrical Division. Fortune originally from the South Bronx, NYC, is an entrepreneur and creator who has developed connection and community through leadership and storytelling. Fortune founded independent talent management and production companies Unlimited Possibilities Music & Talent in 2013 and co-founded the first LGBTQIA+ management company, Queer UP Agency. They lead teams of out of the box thinkers and innovators that believe in sowing knowledge, training and guidance to creatives aspiring to bring their visions to life and have long lasting success. Additionally, Fortune is a motivational speaker, world traveler and brand ambassador for Oprah Magazine. They are passionate and dedicated to being a change agent in the Music, Television and Film industries by telling thought provoking stories intersecting all ages, cultures, abilities and gender identities.

Noga Wind

(they/she) – Founder/CEO and Head of Commercial Division. Wind is an actor, creator, drag king, and queer activist. Formerly the head of the first Queer division in Hollywood at UPMT, she is proud to take that vision to the next level as the co-founder and CEO of Queer UP. Originally from Jerusalem, and a CalArts graduate, their activism is at the forefront of their artistic practice and professional life. Previous acting credits include Dave (FX/Hulu), The Flight Attendant (HBO), over a dozen commercials, voice-over work and theater. Additionally, Wind toured their original solo show Red and Boiling across multiple international festivals and theaters.

With over a decade of experience as a consultant and queer activist in organizations and nonprofits, Noga’s work is always rooted in justice and liberation. Through unapologetic advocacy, passion, community and joy, Noga fights for the change she wants to see in the world. “The role of the artist is to make the revolution irresistible.”- Toni Cade Bambara
