How do we stay safe? Our Queer UP clients know that we have their back! We have created protocols with casting and producers to add pronouns to worksheets, address our clients correctly, improve accessibility for our disabled clients, and advocate on their behalf when they experience discrimination or harm. We have worked with ad agencies and casting directors to improve their queer literacy and language around queerness, and are frequently consulted about Industry “best practices” in casting.
